再採点／Requesting an IELTS Enquiry on Result (remark)
・テスト結果に満足できない場合は、テスト受験日から6週間以内に再採点（Enquiry on Results）を申請することができます。
・手数料: 15,000円（1回／税込）選択したテスト科目数に関わらず。ただし、バンドスコアが変更された際には全額返金します。振込先は別途ご案内します。
・再採点の結果通知:2～4週間以内に完了し、結果はテストセンターから郵送します。
・We understand the frustration of not achieving your desired IELTS band score. Good news is you can request a review (also called an IELTS remark, or IELTS Enquiry on Result) within six weeks of sitting your test.
・You may choose to have one or more test modules re-marked and the fee is 15,000JPY (inclusive of tax) regardless. Bank transfer details will be provided. If your result is changed to a higher band score you will receive a full refund or be issued with a new Test Report Form.
・You will be notified of the re-mark result within 2-21 days of receipt of your application.

申込後に氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどを変更する方法は？How do I change my name, address, phone number, email address, etc. after booking IELTS?

試験日の数日前まではご自身で変更が可能です。＜個人情報（パスポート画像）を変更・更新する方法＞をご覧下さい。ご自身で変更が出来ない場合は、直接受験予定のテストセンターにご連絡をお申し出ください。You can make changes by yourself up to a few days before the test date. Please refer to “Update passport and personal details“. If you are unable to do so, please contact the test center where you plan to take the test directly.

受験後に氏名やパスポート番号が変更した場合、新たに成績証明書は発行してもらえますか？If I change my name or passport number after taking the IELTS, can I get a new Test Report Form?

お名前やパスポート番号を変更された場合の成績証明書の再発行は行っておりませんので、成績の提出先にその旨をお伝えいただきますようお願い致します。We do not reissue Test Report Form if you change your name or passport number, so please inform the organizations/school where you submitted your score.

この申請フォームを記入し、数日前に送信しましたが返事がこない場合、どこに連絡をすればよいですか？I filled out this form and submitted it a few days ago but have not received a response, who do I contact?

祝日や週末、年末年始を除く3～5営業日以上たっても、テストセンターから連絡がない場合は、お手数ですが次の項目をテストセンター宛にご連絡をお願い致します。If you have not heard from the test center after 3 to 5 business days, excluding holidays, weekends, and year-end and New Year holidays, please contact your test center with the following information.
