IDP-IELTS 領収書（PDF版）申込フォーム／IDP-IELTS Request for Receipt Form

テストセンター番号「JP033」「JP035」でご受験された領収書の発行は2026年4月15日までとなります。
それ以降は運営体制の変更に伴い、発行できませんのでご了承ください。


Receipts for tests taken at test center numbers “JP033” and “JP035” can be issued until April 15, 2026.

Please note that after this date, due to changes in the operational structure, we will no longer be able to issue receipts. Thank you for your understanding.

・領収書はPDFでメールに添付してお送りします。紙での領収書が必要な場合はご自身で印刷をお願い致します。
・お申込から1週間程度を要します。
・複数のテストを予約している場合、テストごとに新しいリクエストを送信してください。
・Receipts will be sent as a PDF attachment to your email. If you need a paper receipt, please print it yourself.
・We will send it to you within about one week.
・If you’ve booked more than one test, please submit a new request for each test.
